Micro manufacturers Scrap Bailing Presses are for variour industries such as Funrnance Industries , Casting industries , Steel industries , Ferrous Metalurgicl works , Recycling Industries etc .
Micro is manufacturing Double action and triple action scrap bailing hydraulic presses in Manual mode operation as well as in auto mode operation with PLC control ( Touch Screen is an option ) . Micro Scrap Bailing Presses can transform the metal scrap into different bail sizes 8”X8”X8” , 12” X 12 “ X 12 “ and 15” X 15” X 15 “ . The bail is made from all kind of metal scrap at a certain pressure to suit the furnance with different shapes such as octagon , rectangular , Cuboid etc . These bail not only decreas e the cost of transportation & Smelting but also increase the cost of casting.

Features :
- They are hydraulic driven with alternatives of manual or PLC control.
- Bale-discharging alternatives: turn out, push out, forward or manual discharing.
- No footing bolts needed during installation; use diesel engine in replacement when electric power is unavailable.
- There are ten grades of bailing force from 63 to 400 tons; the productivity ranges from 4 to 40 tons per day.
