Rubber compression moulding is an advanced method of manufacturing of rubber parts which utilizes heat and pressure to form the rubber compound into the desired shape . In this process a compound is places between the moulds and The mould are closed in Hydraulic press at a certain temperature and pressure . At the desired tempretaure the rubber is melted and forcing it into the mould cavities to form the desired shape of the mould . After removing the finished rubber product the flashes can be removed .

Structure :
The Structure of Rubber Transfer Moulding Hydraulic Press is basically a Tie Rod Structure which machined and assembled . The Tie rods are machined and then Hard Chrome Plating is done and then regrinding to remove any ovalty . The Plates of the structure are accurately bored and then after stringen6t quality noms these components are assembled .
